CONFERENCE ORGANISING
- TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION We provide a team of competent interpreters and translators who are members of AIIC. We provide advice on the number of interpreters and translators required for each conference. All services provided are bi-lingual for French and English, with other languages accommodated on request.
- INTERPRETATION EQUIPMENT
We provide the most up to date Interpretation Equipment
- CONFERENCE VENUE Clients will be provided with options and recommendations for conference venues and bookings. In addition, breaks, lunches, etc can be arranged for participants. A Conference Secretariat can also be provided to handle all secretarial needs during the conference.
- CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT We will furnish the Conference Secretariat with Computers, Laser Printers, digital photocopiers and bilingual secretaries. We use the latest computer software. We guarantee clean and prompt copies of reports and speeches. We provide an attendant to make sure the required materials are printed on time.
- CONFERENCE BAGS We will handle your conference bags, leather folders, badges and brochures. High Quality writing pads and pens will be provided on request.
- BOOKING We handle all correspondence with delegates quickly and efficiently. providing them with the requisite information needed for participation in the conference, accommodation, and pre and post conference tours.
- HOTEL BOOKINGS We provide clients with options and recommendations for hotel accommodation for participants. The company can negotiate package deals with the hotels to reduce costs to the client. Bookings can also be made for participants and assistance given with check-in on arrival.
- COVERAGE Ramel Business Services will handle press coverage of the conference. Our association with media houses gives us considerable advantages. We will take care of your radio and T.V. Coverage, recordings, advertisements and banners.
-HOSTESSES Our trained hostesses (bilingual, upon request) are identifiable clothed and trained to handle the protocols of conferences.
-RAPPORTEUR We provide rapporteur services for the entire conference.
-MEALS & BANQUETS Ramel Business Services in conjunction with a reputable catering house will handle all your catering needs. We will organize cocktails, lunches, dinners, tea and coffee breaks and banquets.
-FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS Flowers and decorations can be provided to decorate the conference and meeting rooms.
-TRANSPORTATION Provide air-conditioned buses, executive cars and mini-buses for use by participants during conference. Trained and competent transport officers and drivers ensure prompt, efficient and safe movement of participants. Provide shuttle service for participants between hotels and conference venue.
TRAVEL AND TOURS
- Provide client with cost of airfare for participants.
- Book tickets, handle re-confirmations, and provide re-routing as necessary.
- Manage P.T.A's
- Provide “Meet and Greet” services for participants at the airport.
- Assist with immigration, including entry visas.
- Reserve and organize VVIP lounge and other protocol at airport for dignitaries, officials and VIPs.
- Transport participants to hotel from airport on arrival and to airport on departure.
- Provide assistances for all travel enquiries during conference to ensure participants' needs are met.
TOURS Ramel Travel & Tours will provide participants with tour designed to compliment the theme of the conference. We have several tour packages and will supply the itineraries upon demand.
-BUDGET The budget will be based on the terms of reference. The location of the conference, and provision of hospitality services will influence the budget. Our budgets are produced to ensure the responsible financing of the conference. |
